The Glass Exchange produces online specialty auctions for collectors of antique and early bottles, flasks and American glass.   Owned by Tom Leveille & Chris Rowell, the Glass Exchange is based out of Baltimore, Maryland and serves customers around the world.

About Chris Rowell  A fixture in the local Baltimore bottle collector community, Chris began collecting bottles in 1998, specializing in pre Civil War era Baltimore and 18th century Mid-Atlantic bottles.   In 2001, Chris became a full time professional dealer of antique glass and ceramics.  Also in 2001, Chris started excavating privies in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Chris can still be found in all weather at digs throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, unearthing newly discovered glass and ceramics.

 

About Tom Leveille  Tom began collecting bottles in 2011, the same year he met Chris.  Tom became a dealer of fine antiques in 2017, also specializing in glass and ceramics.  Particularly in pre Civil War era Virginia bottles and blown glass.
